Order for Certificates

This application is for certificate orders after the studies have ended (due to graduation or resignation). The price of the document (see tariff) is paid by bank transfer and the receipt of the payment needs to be attached to the application form. The document will be delivered as an electronic document by secured e-mail or via Registered letter by post (Copy of the degree certificate, graduated before 1.8.2022) if there are no additional requirements.

The payment is done via bank transfer according to the tariff and instructions below. Please make the payment first and then fill in the application form and attach the receipt of the payment, before saving the application.

If you are ordering more than one certificate and/or additional pieces at once, remember to mention this in additional information and pay the total sum according to the tariff. Prices for additional pieces are mentioned in the tariff. E.g., if you wish to order two Certificates of Study, please mention this in additional information below and pay the total sum 15 € (10 € + additional piece 5 €).

Delivery

The document will be delivered to the e-mail address given in personal information section or by registered letter (copy of degree certificate). If you want the document delivered to another address or by a different method, please mention it below.
